C/max Capital Corporation was founded in 1998 as a
private investment group specializing in emerging technology
and healthcare companies. Our investment model is based
around being more than just a source of funds by taking an
active role in certain capital formation and strategic planning
aspects of our companies. We focus on investments in
experienced, highly qualified management teams that are
responsive to our approach of reducing the pressures that the
capital strategy and formation process can put on a company’s
personnel. Because of the high level of involvement we
provide to each of our portfolio companies we limit ourselves
to a handful of active portfolio companies at any one time.
